The cleanse is offered four times a year in Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer. Upcoming dates:

  • 6th, 7th & 8th April 2020

  • 6th, 7th & 8th July 2020

The cleanse is preceded by a talk on Ayurvedic food and digestive health which we encourage you to join.

According to Ayurveda, supporting digestive strength with a seasonal cleanse offers countless health benefits. It is gentle on the body, promotes clarity of mind, creates optimum weight, is anti-aging and reduces inflammation - to name a few benefits!

The cleanse involves eating Kitchari, a delicious Ayurvedic meal - freshly prepared by us! - that allows the digestive system to rest and replenish its natural strength and cycle.

The cleanse is offered by Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant Hannah Marshall and owner of St James’s Cafe Deli and professional chef Kim Koniotes of Bath Cafe Life fame.
