If you want to truly understand your own nature - from an Ayurvedic perspective - then this book is for you. It presents wonderful, sophisticated concepts of Ayurveda in a really accessible way. I love this book, I could read it over and over.
This book is my Ayurvedic go-to at home. I use it all the time and can’t imagine a household with it. It covers just about everything you need to know about Ayurveda and everything you can do for yourself with Ayurveda. There’s no other book quite like it for practical Ayurveda.
I just love this book exploring more Ayurvedic Psychology and digging deep into the inner workings of the mind. Ayurveda has so much to offer on this subject and this book is an excellent starting place.
Ayurveda and Panchakarma is the first book I ever read on Ayurveda. I discovered this book in a converted garage/book store in the heart of Gokulam, Mysore in India. It is an excellent introduction to Ayurveda. It is also the book my Yoga teacher recommended when I began teacher training - proving I am not the only one who thinks this book is well worth reading.
