According to Ayurveda, supporting digestive strength with a seasonal cleanse has countless health benefits. It is gentle on the body, creates optimum weight, is anti-aging, reduces inflammation and promotes clarity of mind - to name a few benefits!

The cleanse involves eating Kitchari, a delicious Ayurvedic meal - freshly prepared by us! - that allows the digestive system to rest and replenish its natural strength and cycle.

The cleanse is offered by Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant Hannah Marshall and owner of St James’s Cafe Deli and professional chef Kim Koniotes of Bath Cafe Life fame.
