Welcome to Bay

I'm Hannah - I live in Bath with my husband and family. I’m a mother, writer, speaker, Ayurvedic consultant and Yoga teacher.

Here’s where I share my passion and expertise of two fascinating sciences: Ayurveda and Yoga.

Ayurveda

We all want to be happy and healthy but conflicting modern approaches can be completely overwhelming. There’s so much information it’s hard to know what’s what.

Ayurveda is different. Once you have a basic understanding of Ayurveda you can work most things out for yourself - like what’s best for you and your family.

How well do you know yourself?

Our first step toward Ayurveda begins when we take the time and space needed to ask ourselves - and begin to answer - that one simple question - who am I?

Yoga - for body and mind

Yoga is an exercise system but there’s also an entire science and philosophy to Yoga too - a science that can bring about a positive transformation of life.

Yoga breathing is what makes Yoga different from other exercise systems. The breathing techniques combined with postures good health of both the body and the mind - directly improving our physical and mental well-being and our overall experience of life.
